Elyptic has released a free live listing all the crypto-wallet addresses found to be connected to the ByBit hack apparently committed from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (North Korea). The value for financial crime risk assessment is immense. But so is the amount of data.

Elliptic say that the list minimise exposure to sanctions by helping to stop the laundering of funds from the Bybit DPRK Exploit. But it might go further than that : the vast number of accounts may relate to many financial crimes.

The blocklist is powered by Elliptic’s Exploit API, which, coupled with our tracing engine also has the ability to follow the flow of the stolen Bybit funds further over time.
